Service Agreement

By booking a service with Black Belt Auto Detailing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking & Cancellation

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions

Service Requirements

• Access to water and electrical power is required
• Vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled time
• Please remove personal belongings before service
• Covered or shaded area preferred for ceramic coating applications

Pricing

Prices vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. Additional charges may apply for excessive contamination or damage.

Warranty

Ceramic coating services include warranty coverage for the specified protection period, subject to proper maintenance. Warranty terms will be provided upon service completion.

Liability

While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that may become more visible after cleaning. We will document any concerns before beginning work.
